I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Scale of Charges (hereinafter also referred to as the Scale) constitutes an integral part of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the Terms and Conditions), available here. All terms written in capital letters in the Scale of Charges have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The abbreviations used in the Scale of Charges mean, respectively: Chat Moderator (CM) and Forum Moderator (FM).
  3. The provisions of the Scale of Charges regulate the consequences of violating the provisions of the Terms of Service in the Game or in any other element of the Website (so-called sanctions). When the Scale of Charges refers to a violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, this shall also be understood to me an a violation of the provisions of the Scale of Charges.
  4. The Service Provider and persons designated by it in accordance with article I.4 (f) of the Terms and Conditions shall impose the sanctions provided for in the Scale of Charges in accordance with the rules set out below.
  5. A Player may report a witnessed violation of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Website and Game or the Scale of Charges:
    a) directly to the Service Provider via the Contact Panel (in the "Violations of the Terms and Conditions" tab);
    b) in the case of violations committed on the Game Chat, described in section VIII of the Scale of Charges – directly to the Chat Moderator responsible for the given World.
No penalty will be imposed based on the evidence of violations if more than 30 days have passed since the date of the incident (in the case of reporting a violation to the Chat Moderator, the relevant period is 24 hours from the occurrence of the incident). Regardless of whether this deadline is met, it is always possible to delete or edit content that violates the Terms and Conditions or is inconsistent with the applicable law.
  6. A report is considered to have been made the moment it is registered in the Contact Panel. The user making the report is required to attach evidence confirming the occurrence of the described event, including the date and the time of its occurrence. In the case of screenshots from the Game or videos, they should cover the entire Game window and meet the requirements specified here.
The Service Provider is not obliged to take any verification measures in the case of reports based solely on an unsubstantiated statement by the User. If the evidence shows violations committed by more than one Player, it is recommended to provide the nickname of the Player whose actions are the subject of the report.
  7. Violation of the Terms and Conditions by a Player shall result in the imposition of sanctions (penalties) consisting in the suspension or restriction of the functions available to the Player on the Website (the scope of the Account maintenance service), including the ability to use the Account. The sanctions referred to in the preceding sentence are:
    a) temporary or permanent Account ban (temporary or permanent ban, temporary or permanent block) – depriving the Account User of the ability to use the Account (the Account User cannot log into the Account). Temporary or permanent bans are imposed only for important reasons specified in the Scale of Charges. A permanent ban is imposed automatically when the duration of the block is 180 days or more;
    b) temporary blocking of the ability to actively use the Game Forum (gag) – depriving the Player of the ability to publish posts on the Game Forum and edit them (change the content of a posted post) and rate other Users' posts;
    c) temporary blocking of the ability to communicate in the Game Chat: global, local, trade (mute). Mute is imposed on Characters assigned to the Account in the World where the Terms and Conditions were violated;
    d) revoking the Player's functions granted by the Service Provider to Chat Moderator or Forum Moderator and the associated privileges;
    e) revoking the Draconite assigned to the Account obtained as a result of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, and if this is not possible due to their issuance by the Player, debiting the Account with negative Draconite.
    f) removal of the guild or modification of the guild parameters;
    g) restoration of the Account parameters to their state prior to the Player's violations;
    h) removal of items, gold, Glory Points, reputation points, Stamina or Abyss points obtained through violations.
    8. The fact that a sanction has been imposed on a given Player is public and is reflected on the Website. The Website User is not entitled to receive detailed information from the Service Provider about sanctions imposed on other Users.

II. GENERAL RULES FOR IMPOSING SANCTIONS

  1. In the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, sanctions shall be imposed by the Service Provider (or, in the case of sanctions imposed directly by a Chat or Forum Moderator, their associates) on the Account used to commit the violation.
  2. If the Service Provider obtains reliable information that the Account is being used by a person who is not the User of that Account, the Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily block the Account for the purpose and for the time necessary to verify whether it is being used by the authorised User.
  3. In the event of circumstances that can be unequivocally verified by the Service Provider, indicating that the Account is being used by a person who is not the User of that Account and who gained access to the Account as a result of hacking, no sanctions shall be imposed on the Account for offences committed in this way by a third party.
  4. The Service Provider shall impose a sanction after analyzing the circumstances giving rise to its imposition and shall provide the User with a concise explanation of the imposition of the sanction, including: the time at which the violation occurred, the provision of the Terms and Conditions or the Scale of Charges constituting the basis for the imposition of the sanction, the time remaining until the end of the sanction, and a description of the situation constituting the violation. The information provided by the Service Provider may not contain technical details constituting the Service Provider's trade secrets or may be limited to avoid abuse if such information is not necessary to justify the imposition of the sanction.
  5. The sanctions provided for in this Scale of Charges are subject to combination (summation). If, during the consideration of a report, it is determined that the User is in breach of more than one provision of the Terms and Conditions, the sanctions for all identified violations will be added together.
  6. Unless the specific provisions of the Scale of Charges expressly provide otherwise, each subsequent sanction for the same violation of the Terms and Conditions (so-called recidivism) shall be imposed at double the amount of the previously imposed sanction (this rule does not apply to offences committed in the Game Chat described in section VII of the Scale of Charges). In practice, this means that persistent violation of the provisions of the Scale of Charges, for which a penalty in the form of an Account block not exceeding 7 days is provided, may result in a permanent Account ban. If the duration of the doubled penalty is 180 days or more, a permanent block is imposed automatically.
  7. In cases clearly and specifically indicated in the Scale of Charges, doubling the penalty is replaced by imposing a more severe penalty (e.g. temporarily banning the Account instead of blocking active use of the Game Forum) or imposing a permanent block on the Account.
  8. The detailed scope of sanctions imposed for specific violations of the Terms and Conditions is specified in sections III – VII of the Scale of Charges. The imposition of a temporary or permanent Account block, as well as a block on active use of the Game Forum, results in a loss of reputation. The amount of reputation lost depends on the length of the penalty, its type (Account ban, gag) and the reputation of the Account, and is determined according to the formula available here.
  9. A User who believes that the imposition of a sanction, its type or amount is inconsistent with the rules set out in this Scale of Charges may file a legally mandated complaint ( in the manner provided for in section XVII of the Terms and Conditions.
  10. If a violation of the Terms and Conditions, for which the sanction is a temporary or permanent Account block, occurred within the Game Forum or Game Chat, and the Service Provider has grounds to believe that the violation was committed by a given Player, the Account may be gagged or muted accordingly. Such a restriction is imposed for the time necessary for the Service Provider to verify whether the violation has occurred, and obliges the CM or MF imposing the sanction to report the violation to the Game Administrator, who may block the Account.

Conditions for revoking or reducing sanctions

  11. In the case of sanctions imposed in connection with a violation of the Terms and Conditions, the sanction imposed by the Service Provider shall be revoked or reduced immediately upon the User's complaint being found to be justified in whole or in part (e.g. as a result of determining that the violation qualifies for a lower sanction than the one originally imposed).
  12. If, in the course of an investigation conducted on the basis of a complaint submitted by the User, the Service Provider clearly determines that the violation of the Terms and Conditions using the Account in question was committed by a person who gained access to the Account in order to create grounds for its blocking, the sanction imposed shall be revoked.
  13. A Player who believes that the Terms and Conditions have been violated by a person using the Account without their consent and through no fault of the Player is requested to provide evidence to confirm this fact. In the absence of such evidence or findings on the part of the Service Provider that such a situation has actually occurred, the Service Provider has no basis for assuming that such a person, and not the Player, has actually violated the Terms and Conditions.
  14. The circumstances referred to in the previous point shall be determined after conducting an investigation to the extent necessary and on the basis of evidence provided by the User and data available to the Service Provider.
  15. The Service Provider may refuse to revoke the sanction if, as a result of the verification procedure referred to in the preceding point, it proves impossible to unequivocally determine the User's rights to the Account on which the sanction was imposed, or if this exceeds the Service Provider's powers. In particular, the Service Provider may refuse to lift the sanction on the basis indicated in the previous sentence if more than one User claims and confirms (in whole or in part) the rights to use the sanctioned Account in the Game.

WARNING: The User should be aware that some behaviours that appear harmless because they take place in the virtual world may also constitute a crime, offence or other unlawful act. As a result, the User may be held liable for these actions under criminal, administrative or civil law. For example, insulting another person in the Game may constitute a criminal offence of defamation or a violation of their personal rights. The Service Provider informs that, in accordance with applicable law, it may be required to submit an appropriate notification of suspicion of a prohibited act or make another report to the competent public administration authority, as well as to provide the competent authorities or persons (including, in particular, the police or the public prosecutor's office) with all information that will help to clarify the circumstances of the case or identify the perpetrator.

III. TRADING

  1. A 7-day Account ban is imposed for:
    a) Trading Stamina;
    b) Trading reputation points;
    c) trading codes (keys) for access to video games on sales platforms (e.g. Steam, Epic, GOG), user accounts, characters, virtual goods or virtual currency from games other than the Game;
    d) Trading experience points;
    e) Trading Abyss ranking points;
    f) submitting a Trade offer (or trading as described in clause III.1 (c)) indicating external messengers (Discord, Messenger and others) as the means of communication.
  2. Permanent Account ban is imposed for:
    a) Trading Accounts;
    b) exchanging Accounts between Users;
    c) Trading any elements of the Game (e.g. gold, items) using payment methods that cannot be fully realised within the options offered by the Game.

IV. PROHIBITED GAME ASSISTANCE

  1. In addition to the use of Prohibited Software, the following are considered prohibited Game assistance:
    a) using a Multi-Account;
    b) use of a single Account with Account User rights by more than one User.
    c) the cases described below in clauses IV.4 (b)-(d).
  2. The Player's use of a Multi-Account also includes registering or using a new Account in cases where the Player's access to the previous Account has not been irretrievably lost.
  3. A 30-day Account ban is imposed for:
    a) using a Multi-Account. A penalty in the form of a temporary 30-day Account block is imposed on the Account with the highest Account level if the violation was committed on it for the first time (if at least two Accounts comprising the Multi-Account have the same Account level, the temporary block is imposed on the Account created earlier). In the event of repeated use of a Multi-account, the Service Provider shall impose a penalty in the form of a permanent Account block. In each case, a permanent block shall be imposed on all remaining Accounts comprising the Multi-account.
    b) using an Account used for gameplay by another Player or making it available for use in this way (multiple Account Users/sharing multiple Accounts). In the event of a repeated violation of the rule prohibiting the use of a single Account by multiple Users, the Service Provider shall impose a penalty in the form of a permanent Account block.
  4. Permanent Account ban is imposed for:
    a) use of Prohibited Software;
    b) posting Content on the Website, where such Content relates to Prohibited Software, including encouraging its use, praising the use of Prohibited Software, enabling the downloading of Prohibited Software or providing information about Prohibited Software;
    c) posting Prohibited Software on the Website, where such software is used to obtain login details for Accounts or other data entered in the Account configuration and used to identify the Account User, or links or references to such software;
    d) acting as a middleman (mediating) in the transfer of items or gold as part of running a so-called "currency exchange", if the procedures used do not allow the Service Provider to clearly identify the User transferring gold or an item through the "currency exchange" and the User to whose Account the gold, item or their equivalent (gold or other item) is to be transferred. The block is imposed on the basis of an analysis of the transactions of the User operating the "currency exchange" in terms of concealing activities prohibited under the provisions of point VII.2 of the Terms and Conditions.
  5. If it is found that the benefits in the form of gold or items resulting from the use of Prohibited Software by a Player or Players who are members of a given guild constituted or constitute part of the resources accumulated in the guild, the Service Provider shall remove such amount of gold and such items from the guild treasury.

V. OTHER VIOLATIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE GAME

  1. A 7-day Account suspension shall be imposed for:
    a) posting Adult Content on the Website;
    b) posting Content on the Website that constitutes threats directed at a specific Player (or a group of Players) or Service Provider;
    c) posting Advertising Content on the Website;
    d) posting Prohibited Content in a Profile or Nickname (except for the first violation of this point by a Player: in such a case, the content is only changed or deleted);
    e) setting Prohibited Content as the name of a guild or rank in a guild. The sanction is imposed on the Account used by the Player who had guild leader privileges at the time of the violation;
    f) posting Prohibited Content on the official guild page or in guild announcements. The sanction is imposed on the Account used by the Player who committed the violation;
    g) sending spam on the Contact Panel. Spam is understood as repeatedly (at least three times) sending identical or slightly modified messages on the same topic. Spam also includes repeatedly making undocumented reports contrary to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Scale of Charges;
    h) encouraging another Player on the Website to commit a crime;
    i) persuading another Player on the Website to attempt suicide or wishing death upon them or their family members (death wishes);
    j) granting or promising to grant a CM or a FM financial or personal benefits in connection with the performance of their duties (bribery);
    k) asking other Players to provide their Account login details or share their Account for gameplay. Similarly, providing Account login details or offering to share an Account for gameplay is punishable;
    l) arranging items in the Game into Vulgar Content;,
    m) posting advertisements within the Website relating to operations of other Players or external websites which offer the possibility of taking part in games of chance where a prize is or may be any Game elements (such as “roulettes" or “casinos");
    n) posting advertisements within the Account Profile, on the official guild page or in guild announcements relating to the operations of so-called “currency exchange" (meaning an operation allowing an exchange of gold between two Characters situated in different Worlds which is not authorized by the Service Provider) (excluding the first violation of this rule by the Player: in this scenario, such Content is just deleted or modified). Where such violation is done on the official guild page or guild announcements, the sanction is imposed on the Account used by the Player who committed the violation.
  2. A 30-day Account ban is imposed for:
    a) posting Adult Content constituting pornography on the Website or offering showing another Player such Content;
    b) proposing to another Player to engage in sexual intercourse or other sexual activity, including so-called cybersex, or encouraging another Player to send erotic content depicting them (e.g. a photo or video of a naked Player);
    c) posting Ideological or Discriminatory Content on the Website, or promoting the ideology of National Socialism, fascism, communism or any other totalitarian ideology on the Website. An example of such a violation is placing swastikas made of items on the Game map;
    d) making a false report of a violation of the Terms and Conditions or Illegal Content (section [] of the Terms and Conditions). An example of a false report is a report concerning a situation that did not take place, including a report supported by false evidence such as altered screenshots from the Game;
    e) insulting the Service Provider, as well as employees and associates of the Service Provider, Game Administrators, including posting Content on the Website that is offensive to these persons or Private Content;
    f) using works within the meaning of copyright law, including in particular graphics (e.g. outfits, item graphics, userbars) or text (e.g. works published on the Game Forum) in a manner that infringes copyright. An infringement of copyright may be, for example, the use of a work without a legal or contractual basis;
    g) organizing gambling activities within the Website without the Service Provider’s explicit and valid consent (where ‘gambling’ shall have the meaning constituted in the Act of 19 November 2009 on games of chance (Journal of Laws 2009 No. 201 item 1540, as amended (Polish: Ustawa z dnia 19 listopada 2009 r. o grach hazardowych (Dz.U. 2009 nr 201 poz. 1540 z późniejszymi zmianami)) (as well as offering participation in such games or advertising the operations of websites conducting such activities)
  3. Permanent Account ban is imposed for:
    a) use of the Account by a person other than the Player (change of Account User) who used the Account for gameplay in a situation where it is not possible for the Player to regain access to the Account;
    b) impersonating an employee or associate of the Service Provider (as defined in [] of the Terms and Conditions) or a person reasonably known by the Players to be a former employee or associate of the Service Provider, which should be understood as actions of a User of intended to convince other Users that this User is such a person or acts on behalf of the Service Provider;
    c) posting information on the Website on how to exploit errors in the Website in order to use it in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or to use the Game in a manner inconsistent with its rules;
    d) knowingly exploiting an error in the Game in order to use it contrary to its rules.

VI. FORUM

  1. Recidivism, i.e. a second violation of the same provision regarding the use of the Game Forum, results in the doubling of the previously imposed sanction (blocking of writing on the Game Forum). For a third and subsequent offense of the same type, the Account is blocked for 3 days (clause II.6 to be applied accordingly).
  2. Regardless of the expiry of the period described in point I.5 of the Tariff, during which a sanction may be imposed on the basis of a report made by a Player, it is always possible to moderate (edit or delete) content that violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions or is inconsistent with Polish law.
  3. A 3-day ban on posting on the Game Forum is imposed for:
    a) posting a message or a vote that violates the rules of the Game Forum topic or section;
    b) requesting a positive rating ("plus") for a post;
    c) littering the Game Forum by:
      (i) spamming posts, which is understood as repeatedly (at least three times) posting an identical or slightly modified post;
      (ii) writing entire sentences in capital letters, italics, or in any other way that makes the text extremely difficult to read;
      (iii) posting comments on the Game Forum that are inconsistent with generally accepted standards of culture and do not contribute anything to the discussion;
      (iv) duplicating existing topics;
      (v) creating topics with names that do not reflect their content;
    d) deliberately influencing other Users on the Game Forum in order to offend or ridicule them by posting controversial, offensive or false information (trolling);
    e) accusing other Users of violating the Terms and Conditions.
  4. A 7-day ban from posting on the Game Forum is imposed for posting Vulgar Content or Offensive Content on the Game Forum.
  5. A 30-day ban from posting on the Game Forum is imposed for posting advertisements on the Game Forum relating to the operations of so-called “currency exchange" (meaning an operation allowing an exchange of gold between two Characters situated in different Worlds which is not authorized by the Service Provider).

VII. GAME CHAT

  1. The Chat Moderator may impose bans on posting based on screenshots received from Players if these screenshots:
    a) meet the specific conditions described here;
    b) contain an offence committed in the global, local or trade chat within a period not exceeding 24 hours prior to the time of reporting.
  2. The Game Chat writing block is imposed on the use of global, local and trade Chats by a Player in the World where the Terms and Conditions have been violated.
  3. Reports concerning violations committed within the Game Chat are considered on the Contact Panel only if they constitute a violation specified in sections III-V of the Scale of Charges. In other cases, Chat Moderators are authorised to consider them.
  4. The following do not constitute a violation of the Terms and Conditions:
    a) posting Content that is offensive to another User or Vulgar Content in a private Chat – the User is entitled to add the User behaving in this manner to their enemies list, which will block the ability of the User in question to communicate via private Chat;
    b) posting Offensive Content or Vulgar Content in a group or guild Chat – the User may leave the group or guild or ask the person who created the group or has the appropriate privileges in the guild to reprimand the Player.
  5. A 2-hour ban on writing in the Game Chat is imposed for sending requests to another Player to transfer (donate) or lend gold or items (begging).
  6. A 6-hour ban on writing in the Game Chat is imposed for posting comments in the Game Chat that are contrary to generally accepted standards of culture, as well as for arguing in the Game Chat.
  7. A 12-hour ban on writing in the Game Chat is imposed for:
    a) spamming and flooding. Spamming and flooding are understood to mean:
      (i) repeatedly posting comments in the Game Chat within a short period of time that are not related to the topic of conversation or do not contain any content, e.g. strings of characters (so-called empty comments);
      (ii) pasting part or all of a fight log;
      (iii) sending more than three links per hour in the Game Chat;
      (iv) behaviour other than that indicated above, commonly considered to be spamming and/or flooding.
    b) provoking another Player to violate the Terms and Conditions, including violations that result in sanctions being imposed on that Player (trolling);
    c) accusing other Users in the Game Chat of violating the Terms and Conditions.
  8. A 24-hour ban on writing in the Game Chat is imposed for:
    a) Trading in global or local Chat;
    b) posting Offensive Content or Vulgar Content in global, local and trade Game.
  9. A 72-hour ban on writing in the Game Chat is imposed for:
    a) posting Vulgar Content or Offensive Content towards public officials in the Game Chat;
    b) posting advertisements in the Game Chat relating to the operations of so-called “currency exchange" (meaning an operation allowing an exchange of gold between two Characters situated in different Worlds which is not authorized by the Service Provider)

I. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

  1. Taryfikator Kar (dalej także: Taryfikator) stanowi integralną część Regulaminu Serwisu i Gry Margonem (dalej także: Regulaminu), dostępnego tutaj. Wszelkie pojęcia pisane w Taryfikatorze wielką literą mają znaczenie nadane im w Regulaminie. 
  2. Skróty stosowane w Taryfikatorze Kar oznaczają odpowiednio: Chat Moderator (CM) i Forum Moderator (FM).
  3. Postanowienia Taryfikatora Kar regulują konsekwencje wynikające z naruszenia w Grze lub w innym elemencie Serwisu postanowień Regulaminu (tzw. sankcje). Gdy w Taryfikatorze mowa jest o naruszeniu postanowień Regulaminu, należy przez to rozumieć także naruszenie postanowień Taryfikatora Kar.
  4. Usługodawca oraz osoby przez niego wyznaczone zgodnie z punktem I.4 lit. f) Regulaminu nakładają sankcje przewidziane w Taryfikatorze zgodnie z zasadami określonymi poniżej.
  5. Gracz może zgłosić naruszenie postanowień Regulaminu Serwisu i Gry lub Taryfikatora Kar, którego był świadkiem:
    a) bezpośrednio do Usługodawcy drogą Panelu Kontaktowego (w zakładce „Violations of the Terms and Conditions");
    b) w przypadku naruszeń dokonanych na Czacie Gry, opisanych w sekcji VIII Taryfikatora Kar – bezpośrednio do Chat Moderator opiekującego się danym Światem.
Sankcja nie zostanie nałożona na podstawie dowodów przedstawiających naruszenia, jeśli od daty zdarzenia minęło więcej niż 30 dni (w przypadku zgłoszenia naruszenia do CM, termin ten wynosi 24 godziny od zaistnienia zdarzenia). Niezależnie od dochowania tego terminu, każdorazowo możliwe jest usunięcie lub edytowanie treści naruszających postanowienia Regulaminu bądź niezgodnych z polskim prawem. 
  6. Zgłoszenie uznaje się za dokonane z chwilą jego zarejestrowania w Panelu Kontaktowym. Użytkownik dokonujący zgłoszenia jest zobowiązany do dołączenia dowodów potwierdzających wystąpienie opisywanego zdarzenia, zawierających datę oraz godzinę jego wystąpienia. W przypadku zrzutów ekranu z Gry lub filmów, powinny one obejmować pełne okno Gry oraz spełniać wymagania określone tutaj.
Usługodawca nie jest zobowiązany do podejmowania czynności sprawdzających w przypadku zgłoszeń opartych wyłącznie na niepopartym dowodami oświadczeniu Użytkownika. W przypadku, gdy dany dowód obrazuje naruszenia dokonane przez więcej niż jednego Gracza, zaleca się podanie Nicku tego, którego działanie jest przedmiotem zgłoszenia.
  7. Naruszenie przez Gracza Regulaminu wiąże się z nałożeniem sankcji (kar) polegających na zawieszeniu lub ograniczeniu funkcji dostępnych dla danego Gracza w Serwisie (zakresu usługi utrzymywania Konta), w tym możliwości korzystania z Konta. Sankcjami, o których mowa w zdaniu poprzedzającym są:
    a) czasowa lub stała blokada Konta (temporary or permanent Account ban, temporary or permanent block) – pozbawienie Użytkownika Konta możliwości korzystania z Konta (Użytkownik Konta nie może zalogować się na Konto). Czasowa lub stała blokada nakładane są jedynie z ważnych, wskazanych w Taryfikatorze przyczyn. Stała blokada nakładana jest automatycznie, gdy długość nałożonej blokady wynosi 180 dni lub więcej;
    b) czasowe zablokowanie możliwości aktywnego korzystania z Forum (gag) – pozbawienie Gracza możliwości publikowania postów na Forum i ich edycji (zmiana zawartości zamieszczonego postu) oraz oceniania postów innych Użytkowników;
    c) czasowe zablokowanie możliwości wypowiadania się na Czacie Gry: globalnym, lokalnym, handlowym (wyciszenie, mute). Wyciszenie nakładane jest na Postacie przypisane do Konta na Świecie, na którym został naruszony Regulamin;
    d) odebranie Graczowi funkcji przyznawanych przez Usługodawcę Moderatorowi Czatu lub Moderatorowi Forum oraz idących za nimi uprawnień;
    e) cofnięcie przypisanych do Konta Draconite pozyskanych w wyniku naruszenia Regulaminu, a w przypadku, gdy nie jest to możliwe ze względu na ich wydanie przez Gracza, obciążenie Konta ujemnymi Draconite;
    f) usunięcie klanu lub modyfikacja parametrów klanu;
    g) przywrócenie wartości parametrów Konta do stanu sprzed dokonania przez Gracza naruszeń;
    h) usunięcie przedmiotów (items), złota (gold), punktów honoru (Glory Points), punktów reputacji, wyczerpania (Stamina) lub punktów rankingowych Abyss uzyskanych poprzez dokonanie naruszeń.
  8. Fakt, że na danego Gracza została nałożona sankcja jest jawny i znajduje odzwierciedlenie w Serwisie. Użytkownik Serwisu nie jest uprawniony do otrzymywania od Usługodawcy szczegółowych informacji na temat sankcji nałożonych na innych Użytkowników.

II. OGÓLNE ZASADY NAKŁADANIA SANKCJI

  1. W przypadku naruszenia postanowienia Regulaminu, sankcje nakładane są przez Usługodawcę (lub, w przypadku sankcji nałożonych bezpośrednio przez CM i FM, jego przedstawicieli) na Konto, przy użyciu którego dokonano naruszenia.
  2. W przypadku uzyskania przez Usługodawcę wiarygodnej informacji, że z Konta korzysta osoba niebędąca Użytkownikiem tego Konta, Usługodawca zastrzega sobie prawo czasowego zablokowania Konta w celu i na czas weryfikacji, czy korzysta z niego uprawniony Użytkownik. 
  3. W przypadku zajścia możliwych do jednoznacznego zweryfikowania przez Usługodawcę okoliczności świadczących o korzystaniu z Konta przez osobę niebędącą Użytkownikiem tego Konta, która dostęp do Konta uzyskała wskutek włamania się na nie, nie nakłada się na Konto sankcji za przewinienia dokonane w ten sposób przez osobę trzecią. 
  4. Usługodawca nakłada sankcję po przeanalizowaniu okoliczności stanowiących podstawę do ich nałożenia oraz przedstawia Użytkownikowi zwięzłe wyjaśnienia nałożenia sankcji obejmujące: czas, w jakim naruszenie nastąpiło, postanowienie Regulaminu lub Taryfikatora Kar stanowiące podstawę nałożenia sankcji, czas pozostały do końca sankcji oraz opis sytuacji stanowiącej naruszenie. Informacje przedstawiane przez Usługodawcę mogą nie zawierać szczegółów technicznych stanowiących tajemnicę przedsiębiorstwa Usługodawcy lub mogą zostać ograniczone w celu uniknięcia nadużyć, jeżeli informacje te nie są niezbędne dla uzasadnienia nałożenia sankcji.
  5. Przewidziane w niniejszym Taryfikatorze Kar sankcje podlegają łączeniu (sumowaniu). Jeśli podczas rozpatrywania zgłoszenia zostanie ustalone, że Użytkownik narusza większą liczbę postanowień Regulaminu, sankcje za wszystkie stwierdzone naruszenia zostaną zsumowane. 
  6. Jeżeli szczegółowe postanowienia Taryfikatora Kar nie stanowią wyraźnie inaczej, każda kolejna sankcja za to samo naruszenie Regulaminu (tzw. recydywa) nakładana jest w wymiarze podwojonym w stosunku do sankcji nałożonej wcześniej (zasada ta nie jest stosowana do przewinień dokonanych na Czacie Gry opisanych w sekcji VII Taryfikatora). W praktyce oznacza to, że uporczywe naruszanie postanowienia Taryfikatora Kar, za które przewidziana jest sankcja w postaci blokady Konta nieprzekraczająca 7 dni może doprowadzić do stałej blokady Konta. W przypadku, gdy czas trwania podwojonej sankcji wyniesie 180 dni, bądź więcej, stała blokada nakładana jest automatycznie. 
  7. W przypadkach jasno i szczegółowo wskazanych w Taryfikatorze Kar, podwojenie wymiaru sankcji jest zastępowane nałożeniem sankcji surowszej (np. blokada Konta w miejsce blokady aktywnego korzystania z Forum Gry), bądź nałożeniem stałej blokady na Konto.
  8. Szczegółowy zakres sankcji nakładanych za dane naruszenia postanowień Regulaminu wskazany jest w sekcjach III-VII Taryfikatora Kar. Nałożenie czasowej lub stałej blokady Konta, jak i blokady aktywnego korzystania z Forum Gry, wiąże się z utratą reputacji. Ilość traconej reputacji jest zależna od długości kary, jej typu (blokada Konta, knebel) oraz wysokości reputacji Konta i jest określona według wzoru dostępnego tutaj.
  9. Użytkownik, który uważa, że nałożenie sankcji, jej rodzaj lub wysokość są niezgodnie z zasadami określonymi w niniejszym Taryfikatorze Kar, może złożyć reklamację w sposób przewidziany w sekcji XVII Regulaminu. 
  10. Jeżeli do naruszenia Regulaminu, za które sankcją jest czasowa lub stała blokada Konta, doszło w obrębie Forum Gry lub Czatu Gry, a Usługodawca ma podstawy uważać, że naruszenia dopuścił się dany Gracz, na Konto może zostać nałożony odpowiednio gag albo mute. Takie ograniczenie nakładane jest na czas niezbędny do zweryfikowania przez Usługodawcę, czy naruszenie miało miejsce, i obliguje CM lub FM nakładającego sankcję do zgłoszenia naruszenia Administratorowi Gry mogącemu nadać blokadę Konta.

Warunki cofnięcia lub zmniejszenia sankcji
  11. W przypadku sankcji nałożonych w związku z naruszeniem postanowień Regulaminu, sankcja nałożona przez Usługodawcę zostaje cofnięta lub zmniejszona niezwłocznie z chwilą uznania złożonej przez Użytkownika reklamacji za zasadną w całości lub w części (np. w wyniku ustalenia, że naruszenie kwalifikuje się do nałożenia sankcji niższej od pierwotnie nałożonej).
  12. Jeżeli w toku postępowania sprawdzającego, prowadzonego na podstawie reklamacji złożonej przez Użytkownika, Usługodawca stwierdzi jednoznacznie, że naruszenie Regulaminu z użyciem danego Konta zostało dokonane przez osobę, która uzyskała dostęp do Konta w celu stworzenia podstaw do jego zablokowania, nastąpi cofnięcie nadanej sankcji.
  13. Gracz, który uważa, że Regulamin naruszyła osoba korzystająca z Konta bez jego zgody i bez winy po stronie Gracza, proszony jest o przedstawienie dowodów pozwalających na potwierdzenie tego faktu. Wobec braku takich dowodów lub ustaleń po stronie Usługodawcy, że do takiej sytuacji faktycznie doszło, Usługodawca nie ma podstaw do przyjęcia, że faktycznie taka osoba, a nie Gracz, naruszyła Regulamin.
  14. Stwierdzenie okoliczności, o których mowa w poprzednim punkcie następuje po przeprowadzeniu postępowania sprawdzającego w niezbędnym zakresie i na podstawie dowodów przedstawionych przez Użytkownika oraz dostępnych Usługodawcy danych.
  15. Usługodawca może odmówić cofnięcia sankcji w przypadku, gdy w wyniku postępowania sprawdzającego, o którym mowa w punkcie poprzedzającym, jednoznaczne ustalenie praw Użytkownika do Konta, na które została nałożona sankcja, okaże się niemożliwe lub wykracza poza kompetencje przysługujące Usługodawcy. W szczególności Usługodawca może odmówić cofnięcia sankcji na podstawie wskazanej w zdaniu poprzednim, gdy prawa do wykorzystywania w rozgrywce Konta objętego sankcją zgłosi i potwierdzi (w całości lub w części) więcej niż jeden Użytkownik.

OSTRZEŻENIE: Użytkownik powinien mieć świadomość, że niektóre zachowania pozornie niegroźne, bo mające miejsce w świecie wirtualnym, mogą stanowić jednocześnie przestępstwo, wykroczenie lub inne działanie bezprawne. W konsekwencji, Użytkownik może za te działania ponieść odpowiedzialność na podstawie przepisów prawa karnego, administracyjnego lub cywilnego. Na przykład – obrażenie innej osoby w Grze może stanowić przestępstwo zniewagi lub naruszenie jej dóbr osobistych. Usługodawca informuje, że zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa może być zobowiązany do złożenia stosownego zawiadomienia o podejrzeniu popełnienia czynu zabronionego lub dokonania innego zgłoszenia do właściwego organu administracji publicznej, a także do dostarczenia właściwym organom lub osobom (w tym w szczególności Policji lub prokuraturze) wszystkich informacji, które pozwolą wyjaśnić okoliczności sprawy lub zidentyfikować sprawcę. 

III. HANDEL

  1. Blokada Konta na 7 dni jest nakładana za:
    a) Handel wyczerpaniem;
    b) Handel punktami reputacji;
    c) handel kodami (kluczami) dostępu do gier wideo na platformach sprzedaży (np. Steam, Epic, GOG), kontami użytkowników, postaciami, dobrami wirtualnymi lub wirtualną walutą z innych gier niż Gra;
    d) Handel punktami doświadczenia;
    e) Handel punktami rankingowymi Abyss;
    f) złożenie oferty Handlu (lub handlu opisanego w punkcie III.1 lit. c) ze wskazaniem jako sposobu komunikacji komunikatorów zewnętrznych (Discord, Messenger i inne).
  2. Blokada Konta na stałe jest nakładana za:
    a) Handel Kontem; 
    b) wymianę Kontem między Użytkownikami; 
    c) Handel jakimikolwiek elementami Gry (np. złotem, przedmiotami) przeprowadzany z wykorzystaniem form płatności niemożliwych do pełnego zrealizowania wyłącznie w obrębie opcji oferowanych przez Grę.   

IV. NIEDOZWOLONE WSPOMAGANIE GRY

  1. Poza korzystaniem z Niedozwolonego Oprogramowania, za niedozwolone wspomaganie Gry uznawane są:
    a) korzystanie z Multikonta;
    b) korzystanie z jednego Konta na prawach Użytkownika Konta przez więcej niż jednego Użytkownika. 
    c) przypadki opisane poniżej w punkcie IV.4 lit. b) – d).
  2. Korzystaniem przez Gracza z Multikonta jest także rejestracja lub korzystanie z nowego Konta w przypadku gdy dostęp Gracza do poprzedniego Konta nie został bezpowrotnie utracony.
  3. Blokada Konta na 30 dni jest nakładana za:
    a) korzystanie z Multikonta. Sankcja w postaci czasowej blokady Konta na okres 30 dni jest nakładana na Konto z najwyższym poziomem Konta w przypadku, gdy naruszenie zostało dokonane na nim po raz pierwszy (w przypadku, gdy przynajmniej dwa Konta składające się na Multikonto mają ten sam poziom Konta, czasowa blokada nakładana jest na Konto założone wcześniej). W przypadku ponownego korzystania z Multikonta Usługodawca nakłada sankcję w postaci stałej blokady Konta. W każdym przypadku na wszystkie pozostałe Konta składające się na Multikonto nakładana jest blokada stała.
    b) korzystanie z Konta wykorzystywanego do rozgrywki przez innego Gracza lub udostępnienie go do wykorzystywania w taki sposób (wielu Użytkowników Konta/współużytkowanie wielu Kont). W przypadku stwierdzenia ponownego zachowania Użytkownika naruszającego zasadę niekorzystania z jednego Konta przez wielu Użytkowników, Usługodawca nakłada sankcję w postaci stałej blokady Konta. 
  4. Blokada Konta na stałe jest nakładana za:
    a) korzystanie z Niedozwolonego Oprogramowania;
    b) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści dotyczących Niedozwolonego Oprogramowania, w tym zachęcających do korzystania z niego, pochwalających korzystanie z Niedozwolonego Oprogramowania, umożliwiających pobranie Nielegalnego Oprogramowania lub zapoznanie się z informacjami na temat Nielegalnego Oprogramowania;
    c) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Niedozwolonego Oprogramowania służącego do wyłudzania danych logowania do Kont lub oraz innych danych wpisanych w konfiguracji Konta i wykorzystywanych do identyfikacji Użytkownika Konta lub linków bądź odesłań do takiego oprogramowania;
    d) pośredniczenie w przekazywaniu przedmiotów lub złota w ramach prowadzenia tzw. „kantoru", jeżeli stosowane procedury nie umożliwiają jednoznacznej identyfikacji przez Usługodawcę Użytkownika przekazującego złoto lub przedmiot poprzez „kantor" oraz Użytkownika, na którego Konto ma być przekazane złoto, przedmiot lub ich ekwiwalent (złoto lub inny przedmiot). Blokada nakładana jest na podstawie analizy transakcji Użytkownika prowadzącego „kantor" pod kątem ukrywania działań zabronionych na mocy postanowień ujętych w punkcie VII.2 Regulaminu.
  5. W przypadku stwierdzenia, że korzyści w postaci złota lub przedmiotów, będące wynikiem korzystania z Niedozwolonego oprogramowania przez Gracza lub Graczy będących członkami danego klanu stanowiły lub stanowią część zgromadzonych w klanie zasobów, Usługodawca usuwa ze skarbca klanowego taką ilość złota i takie przedmioty.

V. POZOSTAŁE NARUSZENIA ZASAD KORZYSTANIA Z SERWISU, W TYM GRY

  1. Blokada Konta na 7 dni jest nakładana za:
    a) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści dla Pełnoletnich; 
    b) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści stanowiących groźby skierowane w konkretnego Gracza (lub grupę Graczy) bądź w Usługodawcę;
    c) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści Reklamowych;
    d) zamieszczenie w Profilu lub Nicku Treści Zabronionych (z wyjątkiem pierwszego naruszenia tego punktu dokonanego przez Gracza: wtedy taka treść jest tylko zmieniana lub usuwana);
    e) ustawienie Treści Zabronionej jako nazwy klanu lub rangi w klanie. Sankcja jest nakładana na Konto wykorzystywane przez Gracza posiadającego uprawnienia dowódcy klanu (guild leader) w chwili dokonania naruszenia;
    f) zamieszczenie na stronie oficjalnej klanu lub w ogłoszeniach klanowych Treści Zabronionych. Sankcja jest nakładana na Konto wykorzystywane przez Gracza, który dokonał naruszenia;
    g) wysyłanie spamu na Panelu Kontaktowym. Przez spam należy rozumieć wielokrotne (przynajmniej trzykrotne) wysyłanie identycznej lub nieznacznie zmodyfikowanej wiadomości na ten sam temat. Spam stanowi także wielokrotne dokonywanie nieudokumentowanych zgłoszeń wbrew postanowieniom Regulaminu i Taryfikatora Kar;
    h) zachęcanie innego Gracza w Serwisie do popełnienia przestępstwa;
    i) namawianie innego Gracza w Serwisie do targnięcia się na swoje życie lub życzenie śmierci jemu bądź członkom jego rodziny (deathwishe);
    j) udzielanie albo obiecywanie udzielenia Moderatorowi korzyści majątkowej lub osobistej w związku z pełnieniem tej funkcji (przekupstwo);
    k) proszenie innych Graczy o podanie danych logowania do Konta lub udostępnienie Konta do rozgrywki. Analogicznie karane jest podanie danych logowania do Konta lub oferowanie udostępnienia go do rozgrywki;
    l) ułożenie z przedmiotów w Grze Treści Wulgarnej;
    m) zamieszczenie w Serwisie reklam działalności Graczy lub serwisów oferujących możliwość udziału w grach, których wynik zależy od przypadku i w których wygraną stanowią lub mogą stanowić elementy Gry (przykładem takich gier są tzw. „ruletki" lub „kasyna");
    n) zamieszczenie w Profilu, na stronie oficjalnej klanu lub w ogłoszeniach klanowych reklam działalności tzw. „kantorów" (tj. umożliwiającej nieautoryzowaną przez Usługodawcę wymianę złota pomiędzy Postaciami znajdującymi się na różnych Światach) (z wyjątkiem pierwszego naruszenia tego punktu dokonanego przez Gracza: wtedy taka treść jest tylko zmieniana lub usuwana). W przypadku naruszeń dokonanych na stronie oficjalnej klanu lub w ogłoszeniach klanowych, sankcja jest nakładana na Konto wykorzystywane przez Gracza, który dokonał naruszenia.
  2. Blokada Konta na 30 dni jest nakładana za:
    a) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści dla Pełnoletnich stanowiących pornografię lub proponowanie przedstawienia takiej Treści innemu Graczowi;
    b) proponowanie innemu Graczowi podjęcia obcowania płciowego lub innej czynności seksualnej, w tym tzw. cyberseksu, lub zachęcanie innego Gracza do wysłania przedstawiającego go treści erotycznych (np. zdjęcie lub film z nagim Graczem); 
    c) zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści Ideologicznych, Treści Dyskryminujących, bądź propagowanie w Serwisie ideologii narodowego socjalizmu, faszyzmu, komunizmu lub innej ideologii totalitarnej. Przykładem takiego naruszenia jest ułożenie na mapie Gry swastyki z przedmiotów;
    d) dokonanie fałszywego zgłoszenia naruszenia Regulaminu lub Treści Nielegalnej (sekcja XVI Regulaminu). Przykładem fałszywego zgłoszenia jest zgłoszenie dotyczące sytuacji, które nie miała miejsca, w tym zgłoszenie poparte nieprawdziwymi dowodami takimi jak przerobione screeny z Gry;
    e) obrażanie Usługodawcy, pracowników, współpracowników lub pomocników Usługodawcy, Administratorów Gry, w tym zamieszczenie w Serwisie Treści Obraźliwych dla tych osób lub Treści Prywatnych;
    f) korzystanie z utworów w rozumieniu Prawa autorskiego, w tym w szczególności z grafiki (np. strój, grafika przedmiotu, userbar) lub tekstu (np. prace publikowane na Forum Gry) w sposób naruszający prawa autorskie. Naruszeniem prawa autorskiego może być przykładowo korzystanie z utworu bez podstawy prawnej lub umownej;
    g) organizowanie w Serwisie bez wyraźnego i ważnego zezwolenia Usługodawcy gier hazardowych w rozumieniu przepisów Ustawy z dnia 19 listopada 2009 r. o grach hazardowych (Dz.U. 2009 nr 201 poz. 1540 z późniejszymi zmianami) (a także oferowanie udziału we wskazanych działalnościach oraz reklamowanie stron internetowych prowadzących je okresowo lub stale).
  3. Blokada Konta na stałe jest nakładana za:
    a) korzystanie z Konta przez inną osobę niż Gracz (zmiana Użytkownika Konta), który wykorzystywał do rozgrywki dane Konto w sytuacji, w której nie jest możliwe odzyskanie przez Gracza dostępu do Konta;
    b) podszywanie się pod pracownika lub pomocnika Usługodawcy (zgodnie z definicją zawartą w punkcie VII.2 lit. b) Regulaminu) lub byłego pracownika lub pomocnika Usługodawcy (tylko w przypadku osoby, co do której Gracz mógłby mieć pewność takiego statusu), przez co należy rozumieć działania Użytkownika mające wywołać w innych Użytkownikach przekonanie, że Użytkownik ten jest taką osobą lub działa w imieniu Usługodawcy;
    c) zamieszczenie w Serwisie informacji, w jaki sposób wykorzystywać błędy w Serwisie w celu korzystania z niego niezgodnie z Regulaminem lub korzystania z Gry niezgodnie z jej zasadami;
    d) świadome wykorzystanie błędu w Grze w celu korzystania z niej niezgodnie z jej zasadami.
 

VI. FORUM

  1. Recydywa, tj. drugie naruszenie zasad korzystania z Forum Gry skutkuje podwojeniem poprzednio nałożonej sankcji (blokady pisania na Forum Gry). Za trzecie i kolejne przewinienie tego samego rodzaju nakładana jest blokada Konta na 3 dni (punkt II.6 stosuje się odpowiednio).
  2. Niezależnie od upływu opisanego w punkcie I.5 Taryfikatora terminu, w którym można nałożyć sankcję na podstawie dokonanego przez Gracza zgłoszenia, zawsze możliwa jest moderacja (edycja bądź usunięcie) treści naruszających postanowienia Regulaminu Serwisu i Gry Margonem (https://www.margonem.com) bądź niezgodnych z polskim prawem.
  3. Blokada pisania na Forum Gry na 3 dni jest nakładana za:
    a) zamieszczenie posta lub oceny naruszających zasady tematu lub działu Forum Gry;
    b) proszenie o pozytywną ocenę („plus") posta;
    c) zaśmiecanie Forum Gry poprzez:
      (i) spamowanie postami, przez które rozumiane jest wielokrotne (przynajmniej trzykrotne) zamieszczenie identycznego lub nieznacznie zmodyfikowanego posta; 
      (ii) pisanie całych zdań wielkimi literami, FaLą, bądź w inny skrajnie utrudniający czytelność wypowiedzi sposób;
      (iii) zamieszczenie na Forum wypowiedzi niezgodnych z powszechnie obowiązującymi normami kultury, niewnoszących niczego do dyskusji;
      (iv) powielanie już istniejących tematów;
      (v) zakładanie tematów o nazwach nieodzwierciedlających ich treści;
    d) zamierzone wpływanie na innych Użytkowników na Forum Gry w celu ich obrażenia lub ośmieszania poprzez publikowanie postów zawierających kontrowersyjne, napastliwe lub nieprawdziwe informacje (trollowanie);
    e) pomawianie innych Użytkowników o naruszanie postanowień Regulaminu.
  4. Blokada pisania na Forum Gry na 7 dni jest nakładana za zamieszczenie na Forum Gry Treści Wulgarnych lub Treści Obraźliwych. 
  5. Blokada pisania na Forum Gry na 30 dni jest nakładana za zamieszczenie na Forum Gry reklam działalności Graczy lub serwisów w ramach tzw. „kantorów" (tj. umożliwiającej nieautoryzowaną przez Usługodawcę wymianę złota pomiędzy Postaciami znajdującymi się na różnych Światach).

VII. CZAT GRY

  1. Moderator Czatu może nakładać blokady możliwości wypowiadania na podstawie zrzutów ekranu otrzymanych od Graczy, jeżeli zrzuty te:
    a) spełniają określone warunki, które opisano tutaj;
    b) zawierają wykroczenie popełnione na Czacie globalnym, lokalnym lub handlowym w okresie nie dłuższym niż 24 godziny przed momentem dokonania zgłoszenia.
  2. Blokada pisania na Czacie Gry jest nakładana na korzystanie z Czatów: globalnego, lokalnego oraz handlowego przez Gracza na Świecie, gdzie naruszono Regulamin.
  3. Zgłoszenia dotyczące naruszeń popełnionych w obrębie Czatu Gry są rozpatrywane na Panelu Kontaktowym wyłącznie w przypadku, gdy stanowią naruszenie wskazane w sekcjach III-V Taryfikatora Kar. W innym wypadku upoważnieni do ich rozpatrzenia są Moderatorzy Czatu. 
  4. Nie stanowi naruszenia Regulaminu:
    a) zamieszczenie na Czacie prywatnym Treści Obraźliwej dla innego Użytkownika bądź Treści Wulgarnej – Użytkownik uprawniony jest do dodania tak zachowującego się Użytkownika do listy wrogów, co spowoduje zablokowanie możliwości komunikacji wymienionemu Użytkownikowi za pośrednictwem Czatu prywatnego;
    b) zamieszczenie Treści Obraźliwej bądź Treści Wulgarnej na Czacie grupowym lub klanowym – Użytkownik może opuścić grupę lub klan, lub zwrócić się odpowiednio do osoby, która utworzyła grupę lub posiada stosowne uprawnienia w klanie o upomnienie Gracza.
  5. Blokada pisania na Czacie Gry na 2 godziny nakładana jest za wysyłanie próśb o przekazanie (darowanie) lub pożyczenie przez innego Gracza złota lub przedmiotów (żebranie).
  6. Blokada pisania na Czacie Gry na 6 godzin nakładana jest za zamieszczenie na Czacie wypowiedzi niezgodnych z powszechnie obowiązującymi normami kultury, a także za prowadzenie na Czacie kłótni. 
  7. Blokada pisania na Czacie Gry na 12 godzin jest nakładana za:
    a) Spamowanie i floodowanie. Przez spamowanie oraz floodowanie należy rozumieć:
      (i) wielokrotne zamieszczenie na Czacie w krótkim odstępie czasu wypowiedzi niedotyczących tematu rozmowy lub niezawierających treści np. ciągi znaków (tzw. puste wypowiedzi);
      (ii) wklejanie części lub całego logu walki;
      (iii) przesyłanie na Czacie więcej niż trzech linków na godzinę;
      (iv) inne niż wskazane powyżej zachowania, powszechnie uważane za spamowanie i/lub floodowanie.
    b) Prowokowanie innego Gracza do naruszenia przez niego Regulaminu, w tym takiego naruszenia, które powoduje zastosowanie wobec tego Gracza sankcji (trollowanie);
    c) Pomawianie innych Użytkowników na Czacie Gry o łamanie Regulaminu.
  8. Blokada pisania na Czacie Gry na 24 godziny jest nakładana za:
    a) Handel na Czacie globalnym lub lokalnym;
    b) zamieszczenie Treści Obraźliwych bądź Treści Wulgarnych na Czacie globalnym, lokalnym oraz handlowym. 
  9. Blokada pisania na Czacie Gry na 72 godziny jest nakładana za:
    a) zamieszczenie na Czacie Gry Treści Wulgarnych lub Treści Obraźliwych wobec funkcjonariuszy publicznych;
    b) zamieszczenie na Czacie Gry reklam działalności tzw. „kantorów" (tj. umożliwiającej nieautoryzowaną przez Usługodawcę wymianę złota pomiędzy Postaciami znajdującymi się na różnych Światach).
