Directly in the Game, there are shops and barter options where you can purchase items using Ðraconite. Such shops and barter options are available at selected NPCs or in the Premium panel. Their availability depends on the content, as there are two types of shops and barter options: regular ones and those that are available for a limited time, eg. during the Easter event. Stores and barter options that offer items in exchange for Ðraconite provide specific information on this matter. It appears as follows:
- For shops: under the shop's assortment. Look for the information displayed as: “Sells for: Draconite.” The price of an item is displayed as a tooltip when you hover over the item, either directly inside the shop or after adding it to the purchase window.
- For barter option: at the top of the list of ingredients needed to craft the item. Look for the Ðraconite icon. The price is displayed next to the icon.

You're also able to perform a Character reset using Ðraconite. To do this, speak to the NPC Sir Graunsheim, who is located in the Order of the White Rose' Seat.

Information about Character reset:
- There is a fee of 1500 Ðraconite,
- During the reset, the User selects the Character's gender and profession.
- While being in the Waiting Room, you can cancel the procedure at any time and leave by speaking to the NPC Sir Graunsheim,
- Items stored in the inventory and bags remain with the Character (there is no need to store them in the deposit),
- After the reset, Character will be sent to Sunken Peak (with tutorial completed up to 10 lvl).

During the reset:
- The Character's level is reset to 10 level,
- The Character’s profession is changed to the one selected by the User,
- The Character’s gender is changed to the one selected by the User,
- Quests are reset (except ongoing event quests),
- Used packages in the News window are reset,
- Glory Points are reset,
- Skills are forgotten (this does not include battle strategy),
- Learned recipes are forgotten,
- Battlesets contents are cleared,
- Abyss progress is cleared (current season),
- The Character’s outfit is reverted to the default outfit available for the given profession, if a profession outfit is equipped,

In addition to the stores described above, there are also services performed manually by the Service Provider. A complete list of these services can be found below. To use a specific service, please send a message through the Contact Panel.
NOTICE! The following changes made to items: name changes, graphic changes, or added descriptions, can only be reverted by the Player who requested these changes, and only if they still have the item in their inventory.

In such a case, it must comply with the rules described in the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- The proposed name may be rejected, in which case the User will be asked to provide a different one. - The provided custom graphic may be rejected if it does not comply with the specified rules. - After the Service has been performed, the item cannot be listed at auction. - The item also receives an additional statistic indicating that it has been personalized (personal).
Creating an neutral Item in the Game with custom graphics	Common item: 850Ð Unique item: 1,025Ð Heroic item: 1,650Ð Legendary item: 2,350Ð	- The created item has a neutral type and a rarity selected by the Player. - The item name must meet the conditions described in the "Change of item name" Service. - The graphic is provided by the Player (custom graphic). In such a case, it must comply with the rules described in the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game.. - It is not possible to choose the item's statistics or required level. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- The proposed name may be rejected, in which case the User will be asked to provide a different one. - The provided custom graphic may be rejected if it does not comply with the specified rules. - After the Service has been performed, the item cannot be listed at auction. - The item also receives an additional statistic indicating that it has been personalized (personal).
Character transfer to another World	Price: Price = Character level * 75Ð, but not less than 10,000Ð	Characters can be transferred: - from the public World to the public World, Characters cannot be transferred: - to Developer Worlds (Experimental, Dev and Beluga). - from Developer Worlds (Experimental, Dev and Beluga). Limits on Character Transfers: - The transferred Character cannot possess more gold than experience level * 1m (e.g. 35lvl -> 35 * 1m = 35m), - The transferred Character can have a maximum of 12 heroic items* - The transferred Character can have a maximum of 3 legendary items* - Legendary and heroic items can be unbound if they have requirements no more than 10 levels higher than the transferred Character *Above restrictions apply only to blessings and items that are part of equipment. You can transfer neutral items, consumables, and quest items without limit, as well as gold in the form of items, keys, talismans, books, bags, upgrades, recipes, currencies, outfits, mascots, and teleports. Things that don't transfer along with the Character: - deposit, - mail, - items listed for auction, - room keys. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- We do not offer services involving the transfer of Characters in quantities exceeding the limits specified in the service for a multiple of the price.
Guild leader change	500Ð	Service available in the following cases: 1. The Guild Founder's Account has been deleted. The selected guild member should send a message to the Contact Panel to obtain rights to the guild. The following information should be provided: the guild name and World it is located on, and explain the situation of this guild. Command of the guild will be granted to the User who was the first to submit a request regarding this matter. 2. The Guild Leader's Account has been permanently banned. The guild founder can send an email from the address associated with the blocked Account to panelkontaktowy@margonem.pl, stating their intention to relinquish leadership of the guild. Any guild member may then take over the guild. They should send a message regarding this matter to the Contact Panel (in the relevant tab). The following information must be provided: the guild’s name, the World it is located on, and a brief description of the guild’s situation. Exception! If the guild contains only the permanently banned leader, the leadership can be taken over by a person designated by him from outside the guild. This is the only case where a Player who is not a guild member can receive the leader rank. In this situation, the procedure described in point 2 should be followed. The email should include information about who the guild should be transferred to. 3. The founder's Character has been transferred to another World. Identical to case 2, with the exception that the guild leader can send a message stating their resignation from command of the guild via the Contact Panel (the Services for Draconite tab). If, within 30 days of the Character’s transfer, the leader does not designate a character to assume this rank, any guild member may take over command. A guild member who wishes to assume command of the guild should send a message via the Contact Panel (Services for Draconite tab) for this purpose. Command of the guild will be granted to the User who was the first to submit a request regarding this matter. WARNING! In the case of stolen guilds, leadership cannot be transferred. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	If the leader has been offline for many days, it is not possible to take over the guild using this service
Introduction of a custom outfit	7,850Ð (the cost of a Permit to introduce a custom outfit or Ð deducted from the Account wishing to use the Service)	Before using the Service, the User is required to make sure that the outfit graphic they wish to introduce complies with the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game. This matter should be consulted via the Contact Panel in the Services for Ðraconite section. Requirements: - A Permit to introduce a custom outfit or the required amount of Ð on the Account. - A custom graphic that meets the requirements. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- As part of the Service, the Magical appearance-change stone is added to the Character that had the "Permit to introduce a custom outfit" at the time the Service was provided, or, in the case of Ð deducted directly from the Account, to the Character specified by the User in the request. - The Magical appearance-change stone is permanently bound to the Character and receives the personal statistic. - For 7 days after using the Service (adding the Magical appearance-change stone to the Character), the User may provide a corrected graphic of the introduced outfit. In such a case, the graphic will be uploaded to the server without any additional charges.
Introduction of the same custom outfit to another World	2,600Ð (the cost of a Permit to introduce a copy of a custom outfit or Ð deducted from the Account wishing to use the Service)	The Service may only be used by Users who have previously used the "Introduction of a custom outfit" Service and have not withdrawn the outfit. Requirements: - A Permit to introduce a copy of custom outfit or the required amount of Ð on the Account. - An custom outfit. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- As part of the Service, the Appearance Change Stone is added to the Character that had the "Permit to introduce a copy of a custom outfit" at the time the Service was provided, or, in the case of Ð deducted directly from the Account, to the Character specified by the User in the request. - The Appearance Change Stone is permanently bound to the Character and receives the personal statistic. - The item additionally receives a description indicating that it is a copy of a custom outfit.
Change of a custom outfit	2,600Ð (the cost of a Permit to change a custom outfit or Ð deducted from the Account wishing to use the Service)	Before using the Service, the User is required to make sure that the outfit graphic they wish to introduce complies with the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game. This matter should be consulted via the Contact Panel in the Services for Ðraconite section. The Service may only be used by Users who have previously used the "Introduction of a custom outfit" Service and have not withdrawn the outfit. Requirements: - A Permit to change a custom outfit or the required amount of Ð on the Account. - An introduced custom outfit. - A custom graphic that meets the requirements. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- Using the Service will cause the graphic of the given outfit to be changed on all stones that contained it. This applies to both the main stone (Magical appearance-change stone) and the copies (Appearance Change Stone). - For 7 days after using the Service, the User may provide a corrected graphic of the introduced outfit. In such a case, the graphic will be uploaded to the server without any additional charges.
Guild outfit	42,000Ð	Before using the Service, the User is required to make sure that the outfit graphics they wish to introduce comply with the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game. This matter should be consulted via the Contact Panel in the Services for Ðraconite section. Requirements: - The request to use the Service may only be submitted by the leader of the given guild. - The outfit may, but does not have to, be introduced in both female and male versions. It is permitted to use the same graphic for both the male and female versions; however, this does not change the price of the Service. - Outfit graphics that meet the requirements. - The Ðraconite must be held in full by the guild wishing to introduce the guild outfit. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- For 7 days after using the Service, the User may provide a corrected graphic of the introduced outfit. In such a case, the graphic will be uploaded to the server without any additional charges. - The guild outfit is assigned to one guild as part of a single Service.
Change of a guild outfit	10,000Ð	Before using the Service, the User is required to make sure that the outfit graphics they wish to introduce comply with the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game. This matter should be consulted via the Contact Panel in the Services for Ðraconite section. Requirements: - An introduced guild outfit in the guild wishing to use the Service. - The request to use the Service may only be submitted by the leader of the given guild. - The outfit may, but does not have to, be introduced in both female and male versions. It is permitted to use the same graphic for both the male and female versions; however, this does not change the price of the Service. - Outfit graphics that meet the requirements. - The outfit graphics may not contain any attributes (e.g.: a sword in hand, a bow on the back). - The Ðraconite must be held in full by the guild wishing to introduce the guild outfit. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- For 7 days after using the Service, the User may provide a corrected graphic of the introduced outfit. In such a case, the graphic will be uploaded to the server without any additional charges.
Custom pet	5,250Ð (the cost of a Permit for a custom mascot or Ð deducted from the Account wishing to use the Service) - 800Ð added for each additional special action	Before using the Service, the User is required to make sure that the mascot graphic they wish to introduce complies with the Regulations regarding custom graphics in the Game. This matter should be consulted via the Contact Panel in the Services for Ðraconite section.. Requirements: - A Permit for a custom mascot. - A mascot graphic that meets the requirements. - The name of the mascot and the names of special actions must comply with the Terms of Service and Rules of the Margonem Game and the general rules of appropriate communication. - The maximum number of characters for the mascot name is 40. - The maximum number of characters for a mascot's special action is 20. - The list of permitted characters in names is the same as for the "Change of item name" Service. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- As part of the Service, the Mascot Summoning Scroll is added to the Character that had the "Permit for a custom mascot" at the time the Service was provided or, in the case of Ð deducted directly from the Account, to the Character specified by the User in the request. - The Mascot Summoning Scroll is permanently bound to the Character and receives the personal statistic. - In the base price of the Service (5,250Ð), the mascot may have a maximum of 2 special actions.
Introduction of the same custom mascot to another World	2,600Ð	Requirements: - An introduced custom mascot. NOTICE! If any of the conditions of the Service are not met (including the cost of the Service), the Service cannot be provided, and the User will be notified of the reason for the rejection of the request.	- As part of the Service, the Mascot Summoning Scroll is added to the Character specified by the User in the request submitted via the Contact Panel. - The Mascot Summoning Scroll is permanently bound to the Character and receives the personal statistic. - The item additionally receives a description indicating that it is a copy of the custom mascot.

Final notes:
- The Service Provider reserves the right to remove a service, add a service, change the required amount of Draconite for a given service in the Game. Players are bound by the currently stated conditions of point exchange.
- Unless otherwise specified, services that require communication via the Contact Panel will be provided no later than 30 days after the Service Provider confirms that the Player has met the conditions for their realization.
- The service is provided only on Accounts that do not have an active ban.
