To access the guild list as well as the panel of the guild you belong to, click the Guilds button or press K on your keyboard.
After clicking it, a window divided into two sections will appear. The tabs are on the left, while the content of those tabs is displayed on the right.
The individual content and functions of the tabs are described below.
The window closes after selecting the x button.
Guild power - Guild power is calculated using a simple formula. Simply add together the square of each guild member's level.
For example, in a 2-person guild: the guild founder is level 100, and the other member is level 50.
Guild chat - It allows guild members to talk as a group from anywhere in Margonem. The chat is completely private and only guild members can read the messages sent there. To write in the Chat, simply use the /g command . Example:"/g Hello everyone!" or open the Guild Chat tab.
Guild mail works almost exactly like private mail. To send a message to all guild members, simply enter "guild members" in the recipient field instead of a Nickname. This saves a lot of time and gold because such a message costs nothing.
Guild outfit is an outfit that can only be worn by members of your guild, provided their rank allows it.
The guild outfit costs 42,000Ð - Ð are taken from the guild treasury. Once the graphics are ready, you should contact us through the Contact Panel.
Creating a guild
A guild can be created by clicking the Create guild button (Guilds window).
Additionally, to create a guild, we must meet four conditions:
1. The Character used to create the guild must have at least experience level 40,
2. have 1 million gold on hand,
3. we must choose its name, which must not already be taken and must not be longer than 25 characters. Choose carefully, because changing the guild name requires an Ð fee!
4. not belong to any guild.
Joining a guild
To join an existing guild, we must go to the guilds tab (default: K) and then click the Guild list tab.
There are three recruitment statuses:
1. Recruitment: No - no Player can join the guild without a personal invitation from the Founder or a person with recruitment permissions,
2. Recruitment: Apply - the Player submits an application to the guild, and the decision to accept them is made by the founder or people with the appropriate permissions,
3. Recruitment: Join - any Player who meets the requirements set by the guild will be able to join it immediately.
2. Guild management
2.1. Official page
In the Game, the official page is displayed on the guild profile, which is available after clicking the name of a selected guild on the list. It can also be accessed through the main page by going to the Players tab, selecting the appropriate World, and clicking Guild ranking. To view your own guild profile, simply press the Guild profile button below the guild name field. This is the only tab whose content is publicly available to everyone! It can be read by both guild members and other Players.
The content displayed there can be edited by the guild founder and a person designated by them. (By assigning a rank with the appropriate permissions.) To do this, simply click the Edytuj icon located below the logo field. In addition, this tab allows you to add a guild logo - the optimal image size is 512x100 px.
Rules for editing the official page:
2.2. Guild announcements
Guild announcements are also known as the private page. They work similarly to the official page, except that their content is visible only to current guild members! Here you can post rules, screenshots, announcements, requirements for a specific rank, etc. You have complete freedom. This page can only be edited by people whose rank has the appropriate permissions. To do this, simply click the pencil icon displayed in the upper-right corner of the guild announcements. The editing method is identical to that of the official page.
2.3. Recruitment
Recruitment
In this category, we can invite new guild members and set guild parameters that will be visible on the guild profile and make it easier for interested Players to find the guild by filtering the list. In addition, this category allows us to check the status of other members' applications as well as invitations sent to new guild members.
Guild types:
1. War - A guild focused on wars and competition with other guilds.
2. Role-playing - A guild focused on story, sessions, and creating an immersive atmosphere.
3. Neutral - Undefined, mixed.
Recruitment methods:
1. Closed recruitment - no Player can join the guild without a personal invitation from the Founder or a person with recruitment permissions,
2. Open recruitment - any Player who meets the requirements set by the guild will be able to join it immediately,
3. Application recruitment - the Player submits an application to the guild, and the decision to accept them is made by the founder or people with the appropriate permissions.
Candidate list
This category contains people applying to our guild together with all information such as: Character Nickname, Character level, profession, and the decision (accept/reject).
Invitations
This category contains people who have been sent an invitation to the guild but have not yet accepted it.
2.4. Guild members
Guild members
This tab contains a list of all guild members along with additional information about them. Everything is presented in a table:
Nickname/Location - This column displays the Player's Nickname, lvl and profession, as well as their current location. To refresh the coordinates, simply reopen the "Guild members" tab. Level and profession - Here we can see both the Player's level and profession represented by an icon. Rank - As the name suggests, this is the rank assigned to the Player. Status - This column allows us to check whether the Player is currently in the Game.
The list is sorted by rank, from highest to lowest. If several Players have the same rank, they are sorted by: lvl, and then alphabetically.
Grouping - When you hover the cursor over one of the guild members, an icon will appear on them.
Editing
Editing - This option is available only to people with the appropriate permissions. After pressing the pencil symbol, we can change a specific Player's rank or remove them from the guild. You cannot edit people whose rank is higher than or equal to yours! Leadership transfer - The guild founder gets an additional option in the editing window. It allows the leadership of the guild to be transferred to another Player. Simply put, the selected Player will take the place of the current leader, who will lose their rank. The change costs 750Ð! It can be paid from the guild treasury or from the Ð of the guild leader who is giving up leadership.
2.5. Treasury
TreasuryThe treasury can be used to collect guild funds that you can use for expenses, loans, or guild upgrades. Gold and Ð can be deposited by any guild member. Gold can only be withdrawn from the treasury by a person with the appropriate permissions. They simply need to enter the amount and select the appropriate person from the drop-down list. Only gold can be withdrawn! The guild founder also has the option to disable Ð deposits.
If the guild has purchased an outfit, it can be previewed and worn in the "Treasury" tab. Simply click the appropriate button. The founder decides who can use the guild outfit!
At the very bottom, the 6 most recent deposits and withdrawals from the treasury are displayed. You can check the history for a longer period in the appropriate tab.
2.6. Management
Management
There is a lot to discuss in this tab. It is the guild management center, and more options become available as you gain additional permissions resulting from your rank in the guild.
Changing the guild name - Costs 1,125Ð, which can be paid from the guild treasury or the founder's account. Only the founder has access to this option. Leaving - A button that allows us to leave the guild. In the founder's case, this will dissolve the guild. The decision is confirmed by entering "OK". Add a new guild rank - To add a new rank, simply enter its name and ID number - the higher the number, the higher the rank will appear on the list. A rank can be edited, for example by changing its name, changing its permissions, or deleting it. Editing and adding ranks is available only to the founder. The list of permissions that can be granted to a specific rank:
Founder - Marks the founder's rank. It cannot be unchecked or assigned to anyone else. Permanently ID 100. It provides access to options intended exclusively for the founder. Assigning ranks - Allows you to change guild members' ranks. It does not work on Players whose rank is higher than or equal to your own. Treasurer - Allows the Player to withdraw gold from the guild treasury. Gold can be withdrawn for any guild member. Recruitment - Allows inviting people to the guild. Removing from the guild - Allows removing people from the guild whose rank is lower than your own. Editing guild announcements - Allows editing guild announcements. Editing the official page - Allows editing the guild's official page. Diplomat - With this permission, the Player can send alliance or war proposals to other guilds. They will also be able to accept or reject such a proposal. Using the guild outfit - Allows wearing the guild outfit if one has been purchased. Viewing guild deposit tabs - A value from 0 to 5 can be selected. The number represents how many guild deposit tabs a guild member can view. Using guild deposit tabs - A value from 0 to 5 can be selected. The number represents how many guild deposit tabs a guild member can use. Item withdrawal limit - A value from 0 to 3 can be selected. The number represents how many items a guild member can withdraw from the deposit each day.
2.7. Diplomacy
Diplomacy
Diplomacy shows our guild's enemies and allies. Additional information includes their guild power and total number of members, and in the case of a war, we can also see the number of "frags". A frag means each kill of a member of our guild or the enemy guild. So, for example, "Wins: 3; Losses: 5" means that your guild defeated 3 enemy Players, while your guild members were killed as many as 5 times.
Every guild member has access to the tab, but only properly authorized people can send alliance proposals and declare wars. In the guild section of the forum, you can run a thread reporting on an ongoing war. Initially, only 5 alliances or wars can be established! By developing guild skills, this number can be increased to 15! It is easy to recognize an enemy or ally, and you do not even need to remember guild names. The Players on the map widget highlights their Character in color.
By default, the color is orange for an ally and red for an enemy. You can set the color according to your own preferences.
2.8. Guild history
Guild history
This tab contains important entries in the guild history. These include:
1. Deposits and withdrawals from the treasury
2. Information about items placed into and removed from the guild deposit
3. Notification that someone has joined or left the guild
4. Information about the start or end of a war
In addition, each entry includes the exact date and the Nickname of the person the entry concerns. A special toggle allows us to hide notifications related to the guild deposit.
2.9. Guild quests
Guild quests
There are two types of quests to complete. For each completed quest, the guild receives a guild skill point, which can be allocated in the Guild Skills tab. These are quests in which we must kill a specific number of monsters or bring items. Our guild level is equal to the number of quests we have completed!
Main differences between the types of quests:
Kill:
1. We complete them in a specific order.
2. An unwanted quest can be skipped and bought out with gold. The cost decreases proportionally depending on the number of monsters remaining.
3. The specific monsters counted toward the quest are visible after hovering over the information icon.
Bring:
1. They can be completed in any order. All unfinished ones are active.
2. They cannot be bought out with gold.
3. The specific items required for the guild quest are displayed.
Guild skills
To allocate a point to a given guild skill, skill points (obtained from guild quests) and gold are required. Each guild skill point allocated increases the guild level by one. We have 8 guild skills available, which are as follows:
1. Request backup - Each subsequent level increases the guild member limit by 12.
2. Limitless - Each subsequent level increases the amount of experience gained from defeated monsters by 3%.
3. Fields of Glory - Each subsequent level increases the amount of experience gained from completing quests by 5%.
4. Fields of Glory - Each subsequent level increases the limit of possible alliances and wars by 1.
5. Highest Commendation - Each subsequent level unlocks access to a new blessing.
6. Alchemy - Each subsequent level increases the amount of health points restored by potions by 5%
7. Willpower - Each subsequent level allows you to add or subtract 12 minutes of Character stamina once per day
Guild skills that increase experience from monsters (Without borders) and quests (Fields of Glory) can be disabled. Each guild member can set this individually.
