What is a screenshot?
It is a photo showing the contents of the screen at the moment it was taken, which serves as evidence in a case involving a violation of the Terms of Service. It is also commonly referred to as a "screenshot". In this article, you'll learn how to take a screenshot correctly, what should be included in it and how to prepare it so that it will be accepted as evidence in a case on the Contact Panel.What should a screenshot look like as evidence?
Screenshot must:- include the visible Nickname of the person submitting the report,
- show the entire Game Window,
- include a readable date and time (for example, from the system bar, an in-Game add-on or the combat window) - the day alone or the day and month is insufficient information and prevents proper verification of the incident,
- be readable and of an appropriate size so that the person reviewing the report can easily read the content displayed on it,
- come directly from the Game or other parts of the Service - external sources (e.g. messaging apps such as Discord or Messenger) are not considered,
- the evidence must show the physical actions of Users in the Game that you have witnessed or participated in (such as movement, combat or interactions); materials based solely on statistical data (such as login statistics, list of online Players) are not accepted,
- be submitted via the "Add Images" option on the Contant Panel.
Do not:
- highlight or underline (eg. Chat conversations),
- blur or crop any parts (eg. inventory),
- cut or trim parts of the screenshot - this is a document to the case, so no graphical changes may be made to it
Remember! Any screenshot that does not meet the above requirements will be rejected and your report may not be accepted.

Is it possible to submit video evidence?
Yes, it is – as long as it meets exactly the same requirements as screenshots, including no editing of any kind, such as:- pausing and resuming recording (the footage must be continuous),
- combining multiple events into a single video,
- blurring and other forms of image manipulating.
The video must be posted on an external platform (such as YouTube, with the privacy setting set to unlisted) and a direct link must be included in the report. The video must be playable without requiring logging in to the platform or downloading the file. Shorts-format videos are not accepted.
Remember! Materials that do not meet the requirements or are unclear will not be accepted.
Common reasons for screenshot rejection:
- missing full date and/or time on the screenshot,
- the area not covering the entire Game window (eg. only the Chat),
- any graphic editing (highlighting, blurring, cropping),
- content from outside the Game (eg. Discord chat),
- very low quality, making it difficult to read the content of the evidence.
